interactive blackjack is similar to poker and arcade blackjack. The player plays against the dealer, independently of other players. The goal of the player is to beat the dealer's hand.

interactive blackjack game uses one deck of cards. At first the player puts an initial bet. Then he is dealt a hand of five cards and the dealer is also dealt five cards of which only one is exposed so that the player can see the value of the card. At this point the player can see all five of his own cards and one of the dealer.

The player now need to fold or raise his wager. If the player chooses to fold, the hand and the original wager is surrendered to the dealer and a new hand begins. If the player chooses to raise the dealer, and therefore compares their hand to that of the dealer's, the raised amount will be twice the value of the original wager.

The dealer then reveals his remaining four cards. If the dealer hand contains an Ace and King or higher it is said to "qualify" (for play against the player). In that case if the dealer's hand is better than the player's, the player's original wager and bet are collected by the house. If the dealer's hand is worse than the player's hand, the player is paid on the original wager and on the bet according to the player's hand. If the dealer doesn't have a qualifying hand upon the players raise, the dealer will return the player's raise and fun the original wager.
